The Construction Schedule & Gantt Tracker gives you that written, living programme. It sequences building tasks the way a small residential build actually runs — site mobilization, excavation, foundation, superstructure walling, ring beam, roofing, first-fix electrical and plumbing, windows and doors, plastering, second fix, tiling, painting, external works, and snagging through to handover. Set your project start date once and enter planned start/end dates per task; the workbook builds a 24-week Gantt chart automatically, with each task’s planned window shaded in blue. As work actually happens, fill in actual start/end dates and % complete — the bar for that task switches to green, and a Status column flags anything running past its planned end date as “Delayed” in red, so slippage is visible the moment it happens rather than three site visits later.
